I employed Brick Fix this past July to repair and relay the paving bricks in the driveway and extend a side walkway. Jeff listened to my concerns about a drainage problem on one side or the driveway. He knew how to address this problem and suggested repair solutions that would prevent a repeat of the problem in the future. I was given several options from which to choose with pricing for each option.
The process, which took a week to complete, was professionally handled by the crew. They demonstrated their personal work ethic and a collegial manner toward each other daily. Time was taken to answer any questions I had. The team demonstrated their knowledge of this line of work and kept the worksite clean and safe at all times. It was nice to see the team wearing fresh Brick Fix work attire throughout the day – a detail I felt demonstrated their respect for the client and their work.
I am most impressed with the finished product. The job was completed on time. I would recommend this business of honest, hard working professionals to friends and neighbours knowing first hand their reputation for quality work.
